Reason for providing and requesting personal data: The controller requires personal data to respond to a customer's enquiry. If the required personal data are not provided, it will not be possible to contact the customer to address their requests and handle complaints.

Rights of the data subject

Individuals whose personal data are processed by the controller have the following rights:

  • to request access from the controller to personal data relating to them;
  • the right to rectification of personal data;
  • the right to data portability;
  • to withdraw their consent at any time, if consent has been given;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection;
  • the right to object to the processing of personal data.

If personal data are processed unlawfully, the reason for processing no longer applies, or the data subject has withdrawn their consent to the processing of their personal data, the data subject has:

  • the right to erasure of personal data;
  • the right to restriction of processing of personal data.
