Different demands than corporate events
Public events have different demands than corporate ones: higher attendance, open spaces and stricter safety requirements. We deliver city and community events from planning, permits and coordination with authorities to on-site production, registration, technology and security.
We prepare contingency plans and a plan B, and we communicate with the neighborhood around the event. We work with local suppliers and reduce waste.
Tyršák, our own open-air venue with 150+ events a year and 250,000+ visitors per season, shows that we can run public events at scale, year after year.

As the organizer, we are responsible for how the event runs. We also take care of event insurance.
It can’t be estimated precisely, because attendance depends on the weather, the program and the date. That’s why we always plan for the maximum capacity of the venue and set up all security and crowd management for it.
