Sports Games and Team Building
Fun that brings a team together

Corporate sports games are fun that brings a team together. We build teams across departments, not by office, and we think about those who don’t want to or can’t compete: alongside the sports disciplines we prepare non-competitive and relaxing activities. We plan outdoor and indoor disciplines based on the number of people, the venue and the goal of the event.
We have run sports games for companies with more than 3,800 employees as a multi-day program with accommodation. We provide the concept and rules of the disciplines, registration and team allocation, scoring for teams and individuals, referees, timing, stations and prizes for the winners. Every program comes with a bad-weather plan.
Team building is about a specific goal: better communication, trust or collaboration between people who don’t usually work together. We prepare an outdoor or indoor program for your team, including logistics and on-site technical support.
Frequently asked questions
Alongside the disciplines we prepare non-competitive and relaxing activities. Nobody has to run to be part of the day.
We build teams across departments, and the disciplines combine sport, team challenges and fun tasks. We score both teams and individuals, so everyone has a chance.
Before the event we agree on the goal with you and set KPIs. Afterwards we collect feedback from participants and evaluate the results against the goal.
A one-day program is simpler in terms of logistics and budget. A multi-day program with accommodation gives people time to get to know each other outside the program, and that is often what team building is really about.
