Last time, I mentioned that I’d rather not ask the agency brain for its opinion.

So what is it, exactly? After 22 years, our server holds practically the agency’s entire life.

Proposals, concepts, budgets, photos, videos, projects. But also everything we’ve learned about clients and industries – and about the specific people each proposal is written for. Now we’re turning all of it into a second brain: a company memory that both people and AI can search. When we start a new project, we won’t have to dig around for how we solved something similar ten years ago.

We’ll just ask. Not so it can pull up an old deck for us to recycle, but so it brings 22 years of our work to every new brief – what we came up with, what we delivered, what worked, what didn’t, and who we did it for. Proposals and tenders won’t start from scratch. Processes, suppliers and lessons from past projects won’t live only in one person’s head.

A new colleague won’t have to spend months figuring out what we’ve actually done for a client over the years. Everyone uses AI these days. But mostly it works with whatever it finds online and whatever you happen to type in. We’re giving it something you won’t find online.

Twenty-two years of ideas, experience and decisions made by the people at our agency. Much of it was created long before anyone was talking about generative AI. Until now, our 22 years of know-how were simply stored away. Now we can ask them questions. Transformio built it for us.

It runs on a server dedicated to INSTITUTE OF PROMOTION in the EU, the data stays ours, and we’re not locked into any single AI model.

Everyone has the same AI. Not everyone has the same know-how.

Thanks for making it happen: Branislav Šmidt and Andrej Gargulák of Transformio.
